Account Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their account at any point of time without any prior indication. There is no obligation you to associate with our company and you can cancel your account at any point of time. If you want to cancel your account please drop us a mail at, we would cancel your account and let you know as early as we can.Please remember that if we disable your account, you will not be able log in to our website anymore. If you want to enable your account, please request us on the same mail .


Order Cancellation:

Customer has the right to cancel the order at any point of time. You have the right to cancel the purchase of a goods without giving a reason at any time within the cooling off period of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

You must send the goods back to our below address at your own cost, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective. In those cases we will bear the return cost.

However, for perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, fresh sweets, dairy products & frozen products this policy does not applicable. If you find any of the perishable goods are damaged or received under quality, please send us a mail to info@NGroceries.comwith the proof of product image. Based on the product image that you sent, we will refund you the price of the product, if we found the product is damaged.

Guidelines to customers to cancel the order:

*Customer can cancel the order before 12:00 pm of the date of delivery .

* To cancel the order customer need not to pay any charge.

*Customer can cancel the order online, or can drop us a mail at Please talk to our customer care executive on the cancellation ,they may suggest you some alternative ways to resolve your issue. However, If you insist on the cancellation, we will cancel your order. 

Returning policy:

*You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) with in 14 days with the bill.

* Please let us know, once you cancelled the order or returned any product to the store , so that we will be able to process the refund.

Terms & conditions to cancel the order:

*Customer has to bear the delivery fee to send the products back to our store.

Customer's Responsibilities:

Please ensure the parcel is opened as soon as the delivery arrives. All the fresh vegetables should be stored in a refrigerator and any frozen items should go in a freezer immediately upon delivery. If you are not happy with any item, please get in touch with our customer service within 12 hrs of receiving the parcel with a photo proof (Please take a snapshot of the image and send it via email to Please note that photo proof is needed for any quality complaints. Customers are requested to sign for accepting the delivery.
